Pam Van Dyk: Printmaker

I love the conversation between what I plan, what the matrix requires, and the physicality of the process. My goal isn’t perfection. Instead, it is to find a way of working with materials that have their own voice. In embracing printmaking's inherent unpredictability, I've found a practice that keeps teaching me to balance vision with openness, technique with trust. As co-founder of Triangle Printmakers Collective, I've discovered that printmaking's magic multiplies when shared. This is what keeps me returning to the studio.
