I love the physicality and unpredictability of printmaking. To create an image (an idea) on wood, linoleum, or copper, to select the perfect ink, to apply it just so to the matrix, to use pressure to transfer it to a beautiful sheet of rich paper, and to finally reveal the impression is an act of discovery each and every time.
